Whether you're looking to create a special gift or preserve a cherished memory, I can help bring your design ideas to life. As a longarm quilting artist, I will use my artistic skills to help you create a quilt that tells a story. Your recently finished quilt top, unfinished family heirloom, or treasured t-shirts will be quilted with care so they can be loved for years to come.
I live in Topeka, KS, and accept both local and mail-in clients.
EDGE TO EDGE QUILTING
Whether you're an expert quilter or just starting out, I offer a variety of edge-to-edge quilting options to suit your needs. This means the quilting will be uniform across the quilt top and not area-specific. I stock Quilters Dream batting, which is very high quality so your beautiful quilt will last for years to come. I also provide binding services so your quilt can be returned to you ready to snuggle. I know you have worked hard and spent a lot of time making your quilt. With turnaround times of 2-3 weeks, I want to complete your quilt quickly so you can enjoy your finished creation.
T-SHIRT QUILTS
T-shirt quilts are a scrapbook of memories and experiences. Get your shirts out of your closet by giving them new life as a quilt! I will make them into a one-of-a-kind keepsake you and your family will treasure for years to come.
I offer mosaic-style t-shirt quilts that make the most of your logos, by adding custom quilting to enhance each shirt's design. The cost is $30 per shirt. There is a minimum of 25 shirts, which makes an adult size throw quilt. This price includes piecing the quilt with custom quilting to complement each logo, cotton or cuddle backing, bamboo batting, and binding with chenille yarn accents.
LEARN TO SEW
If you’re new to sewing and quilting, we have classes and workshops that will introduce you to the basics and help you become comfortable using your own machine. If you do not have a machine but would still like to learn, I have extra machines available.
